Moo Printing...A Review!

Have guys, have you heard of Moo Printing?  Cute name isn't it?  Moo is THE place where you can find and create custom business cards, mini cards, post cards and more!

Some of you know that in addition to blogging here at Finding Fabulous, I also work as a design consultant for my local business Finding Fabulous by design.  Just a few weeks ago, I changed the design of my blog to flow better with my business website. And when that was finished, there was only one more thing I needed...business cards.

That's where Moo came to the rescue!

I just wanted a simple, pre-made design that was stylish and affordable.  I didn't want to have to design the cards to look exactly like my websites (although Moo can certainly do that for you).

Check out a few of their pre-mades...

Here's the design I chose...
I love em'!  Super easy, no hassle, quick shipping, affordable prices.  Moo Printing made my quest for cute business cards...simple.  Check out Moo Printing!

Fabulous Found...Gourd Lamps!

Ahhh, Gourd Lamps!  These fun lamps are the easiest way to add a little Mid Century Modern Flair to any space.  And you can find them everywhere these days, in funky shapes and colors...and of course at super affordable price points.  Check out what I've found, for less!

Pier One $39.99 (clearance)

Kirklands $59.99

Target $32.99

Yup, gourd lamps...I am diggin' that natural and organic shape!

A few changes in the Family Room!

Hey guys, I thought I'd share our family room today!  Two things have been driving me nuts in this room...the coffee table and the lack of color.  Now I actually went with a monochromatic design a couple of years ago and we've really loved it.  That is until our couch started to fade and show some wear and tear.

So I bought new throw pillows for two reasons (besides comfort obviously).  One was to add a pop of color to the room, and the other was to help hide the worn areas in the sofa.  We just need one or two more years before we invest the money to re-cover this baby as it is a high quality piece that will last for many more years.

We actually bought our sofa at ARHAUS Furniture...you can check out their website here.

So here's the room before....

And here it is After...

Ahhh, that's better don't you think?  The coffee table before was very heavy and dark for this space (and also scratched up from the kids) so I chose to lighten things up with a more sophisticated round one.  We really love it, but most importantly it makes the room feel so much bigger.

And finally...the fireplace.  I would love to paint the brick, but the hubby doesn't.  Hmmm, this may be my most difficult challenge yet!  Not sure I'll win this battle.  What do you think, are you a natural brick fireplace fan...or not so much?

Trash to Treasure!

Ahhh, I love our Trash to Treasure Day here at Finding Fabulous!  There's just something about Before & After photos...I could look at them all day long.

Deny from her brand new blog A Girl and a Brush took an old antique chair from what looks like the Victorian Era...and glammed her up good with red paint and a super fun chevron patterned fabric.

Here's the Before...

And the After...

Wow, this chair went from seriously old fashioned....to funky and fabulous!

Give Deny a shout over at A Girl and a Brush!
