A "Peeped Out" Spring Wreath!

 

Ahhh, Easter is just around the corner so it's time to break out your Spring wreaths! My favorite wreaths have simple designs...with clean lines.  Yup, I'm not a fan of too much clutter and frills.  This one is colorful & fun, yet easy to make.

We have a wreath form, Easter grass, candy peeps, and ribbon...love the simplicity here.  Okay guys, get the scoop on this "peeped out" wreath here!

Diy Drum Shade Pendant!

 

One of my favorite trends in home lightng right now are drum shade pendants.  Have you seen the short drum pendant from West Elm?  It's simple, modern and chic..just the perfect light if your looking to update any space.

But at $149, I am not lovin' that price.  Well the Keylor's from The Keylor Family created their own Diy Drum Shade pendant...on the cheap!  

I've seen several Diy drum shades in blog land recently.  But I love this one because this clever family used wood embroidery hoops as the base for their light.  Genius.

Wow, creating a chic trend for less, and thinking outside the design box...fabulous!  Check out The Keylor Family blog for the complete tutorial on this Awesome project.  

Diy Tufted Headboard!

 

Wow, I came across this  Diy tufted headboard today and about fell off my chair!  Yup, I'm smitten ;)

The tutorial for this project is featured today on the blog Schue Love.  Go check it out.  Why pay $500 - $800 at minimum for a headboard, when you can make one for a fraction of the cost.

Trash to Treasure...cabinet makeover!

Hey guys, let's get our week started with a fabulous trash to treasure project!  You've gotta see this chic French Cabinet Makeover from Dear Lillie!

Yup, I'm in LOVE!  And the hand painted chevron pattern...fabulous.

Family Room Before & After...Remodel-aholic!

Wow, today I am absolutely swooning over a Family Room Makeover from Remodel-aholic!  The room before was nice, but a wee bit dated with it's bright green paint that didn't relate to the other neutrals in the room.

But the After...Ahhh, FAB-U-LOUS!!

Check out that neutral wall color - very Greige.  And those curtain panels were handmade with simple drop cloths from Lowe's.  Hung from the ceiling, her ceilings look tall and dramatic!

And my favorite part...the french doors!  The mullions were removed and the doors were painted black.  The overall look?  Chic, modern...and totally updated!  Seriously guys, I'm bookmarking this one.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of posts this week.  We're getting another new blog design...and well, things are taking longer than expected!  

Today I am LOVING a simple Bathroom Makeover from Focal Point Styling!  Here's the very bland before with the awkward small window...

Wow, a small apartment bathroom goes from "boring" to AWESOME.  I love the simplicity here.  We've got sophisticated gray paint, black n' white photography, a few nature inspired items.  And my favorite part...white terry cloth towels!

It's Trash to Treasure Tuesday...Wahoo!  Today I am absolutely SWOONING over this adorable big girl bedroom from Crazy Wonderful!

Wow, light & bright...not to mention modern and chic.  Shelley completed several Ah-mazing projects in this room including a Diy tufted headboard, painted bedside table, Diy curtain panels, and more!
